Volunteer Roles and Policies
⭐️BST IS A VOLUNTEER RUN ORGANIZATION!⭐️
We appreciate the enthusiasm our parents bring to the team every summer. Thanks for your participation!
All BST families are required to work 3 meets each season. ** Selection of volunteer shifts is available during registration. If you are unsure where to volunteer, just do your best to choose a role you think you can fulfill & the volunteer coordinators will adjust as needed.
**Families with swimmers age 6 and under only are exempt from meet shifts.
Volunteer shifts can be changed up to the end of the first week. After that you must contact the volunteer coordinators to make changes.
If you are new to the sport of swimming, you might prefer to choose roles such as timer, runner, ribbons, or concessions.
Volunteers should check-in by 4:30pm with the Volunteer Coordinators. All meet shifts are for the entire length of the meet.
