Brookshire!

Today we swim Waterstone for our last regular season meet! Brookshire warms up at 4:30pm. Volunteers should also check in by 4:30pm at the pergola North of the pool with Stephanie or Courtney. The meet will start at 5pm.

Many swimmers are swimming relays up into other age groups tonight! Please be sure to check your swimtopia app for all your swimmer's events.

Please see the following information provided by Waterstone:

• There will be spectator seating 1 row deep against the parameter fence. We will not be able to accommodate seating surrounding the edge of the pool. The pergolas around the four corners of the pool deck are reserved for the coaches, volunteers and the opposing team coaches. Your team may use the pergolas on the north side of the pool deck, parallel to the 20m lap pool.
• We encourage families to “tailgate” at their personal vehicle. Feel free to set-up chairs at the end of your vehicle. Be cautious of moving vehicles entering and exiting the parking lot.
• We encourage families to bring a pop-up and camp out on the grass of the grounds surrounding the pool.
• Once your swimmer's event is over, we ask that you and your swimmer return to your seating area.
• We will have full concession stand with drinks and snacks. We will have Chick-fil-A sandwiches available for purchase; sandwiches are limited and are expected to sell out. Concessions are CASH ONLY.
• Be aware of the NO PARKING signs on the south side of the entrance road. Please park on the north side of the entrance road.
• The adult pool and baby pool are CLOSED during all swim meets.
• To help the volunteers and coaches direct the kiddos as needed, we ask that you write your swimmer’s last name on their shoulder.
• Please be aware that the pond adjacent to the pool is off-limits during all swim meets. Please do not throw anything in the pond.
• We ask that you pick up all trash around your area before you leave. Thank you in advance for helping us keep our pool clean.
