Brookshire swimmers 7+ will warm up at 4:00pm. Oldest to youngest.

TONIGHT many kids are swimming relays outside of their age groups - this is so that we can combine heats & keep the swim meet running quickly! Please follow the app or heat sheet to find the correct events/heats/lanes for your swimmers.

⭐️ Bring plenty of SHADE, food, drinks, & dry towels. Refer back to our Swim Meet 101 for what to bring!

⭐️ Concessions will be open & all proceeds go directly to BST! We accept cash & venmo.

⭐️ Please give yourself plenty of time to park & get settled before warmups. No parking in the drop off lane, but you can park in the grass behind the pool.

⭐️ Swimmers should check-in with Coach Maia when they arrive!

⭐️ Please sit with your swimmers with our team in the grass behind the baby pool & shallow end. Away team gets the shallow end. (See the following image.)

⭐️NO SEATING ON DECK. Parents can come on deck to watch their swimmers & then are asked to clear the deck between swims. You can also watch from outside the fence.

During the meet, you can help the coaches: when you hear your swimmers' age groups, send them to the blue tent.

Please don't walk your swimmers to their lanes - instead deliver them to Maia or other coaches at the tent and they will get them to the right place. This helps the meet run more smoothly & teaches them the right series of events before a swim :)

⭐️ 6 & Under Parents: Thank you for watching from side of the pool during the 6&U events. Coaches from both teams work together to make sure all our littlest swimmers are lined up & ready to go on time. However, if we can't see the swimmers, we can't make sure they make it into the water! Thank you for your help on this!

⭐️ Ribbons will be passed on ON DECK directly after each heat for 7+. 6&U get theirs after all 3 swims. Results will be posted if they want to know their place for sure, otherwise we trust them to get it right!

⭐️ Volunteers should check in with Stephanie Chafin & Melissa Staley by 4:30pm. Volunteers need to stay the whole meet unless otherwise noted by the coordinators, so please plan accordingly.
