Our first away meet is tonight @ Waterstone! 12046 Pebblepointe Pass. 

Brookshire swimmers 7+ will warm up at 4:30pm. 

💙 Swimmers should check-in with Coach Maia when they arrive! 💙

Volunteers should check in with Stephanie Chafin & Melissa Staley at 4:30pm. Volunteers need to stay the whole meet, so please plan accordingly.

Team shirts & spiritwear will be with us tonight! ⭐️ Thank you Meghan Durkee & Michelle Krcmery⭐️ After warmups, swimmers & parents can head pick them up at the tables under the tent.

⭐️ Bring plenty of food, drinks, dry towels, & comfy clothes to help your swimmers make it through the night! Refer back to our Swim Meet 101 for what to bring!

⭐️ Concessions is 💵 CASH ONLY 💵

⭐️ Please give yourself plenty of time to park & get settled before warmups. Parking is on one side of the street only & you may need to walk a bit.

⭐️ Please sit with your swimmers with our team in the grass near the blue BST canopy. During the meet, you can help the coaches by listening for your swimmers' age groups. Around 3-4 heats before their event starts, the coaches call for swimmers to line them up under the blue tent.

⭐️ Heat sheets are attached & swimmers' events are also available on the Swimtopia app. If it's helpful to your child, please mark their arms with their events/heats/lanes.

⭐️ 6 & Under Parents:

Please only watch from the side of the pool during the 6&U events. Coaches from both teams work together to make sure all our littlest swimmers are lined up & ready to go on time. However, if we can't see the swimmers, we can't make sure they make it into the water! Thank you for your help on this!

Please see the following from Waterstone:

• We plan to warm up at 4:00pm. Brookshire will warm up at 4:30pm. The event will begin at 5pm.
• There will be spectator seating 1 row deep against the parameter fence. We will not be able to accommodate seating surrounding the edge of the pool. The pergolas around the four corners of the pool deck are reserved for the coaches, volunteers and the opposing team coaches. Your team may use the pergolas on the north side of the pool deck, parallel to the 20m lap pool.
• We encourage families to bring a pop-up and camp out on the grass of the grounds surrounding the pool.
• We ask that you be responsible for your swimmer(s) and keep aware of their events so that they do not miss an opportunity to swim.
• When your swimmer is in staging, you may enter the pool deck to cheer your swimmer on. Once their event is over, we ask that you and your swimmer return to your seating area.
• We will have full concession stand with drinks and snacks. Concessions are CASH ONLY.
• Be aware of the NO PARKING signs on the south side of the entrance road. Please park on the north side of the entrance road.
• The adult pool and baby pool are CLOSED during all swim meets. This includes closed to toes.
• To help the volunteers and coaches direct the kiddos as needed, we ask that you write your swimmer’s last name on their shoulder.
• Please be aware that the pond adjacent to the pool is off-limits during all swim meets. Please do not throw anything in the pond.
• We ask that you pick up all trash around your area before you leave. Thank you in advance for helping us keep our pool clean
